I am building a new PC and yesterday I noticed my CPU and graphics card would continuously power off and on. After some research I reset the bios and went to bed. This morning it seemed to work, my CPU fan stayed on. However when I went to add the graphics card that no longer powered on other than a feeble half spin.
I am at a loss! Everything should be compatible and yesterday it was at least turning on.
