About a week a go i bought a new AMD R7-240, the card works fine i guess.
this is what happened, i installed the new card and the system boots and i can actually see everything and even go into windows (Windows 10 if you are wondering) but, i can clearly see that windows' performance is really slower than before and after like 3 minutes after booting into windows the screen turns black but the PC is still running in the background (no error messages like blue screen of death). so i unplugged the card and i'm using the integrated graphics.
Unfortunately i'm using a pre-built PC (Acer Veriton X6630g).
Hardware used:
Acer Branded motherboard.
Intel i3-4130(with hd graphics 4000)
Kingston 4gb Ram
lg Dvd-rom
500gb hard-drive
wireless dongle
220w LiteOn 80+ bronze (Acer branded) power supply

i suspect that the problem is from the power supply but i'm not sure.
any help would be appreciated.
Sorry for the long post, this is my first time posting here so sorry if i'm in the wrong section.

Solution
Your power supply is very likely the issue, although the 240 is a lower power card, 220 watts is very weak for a power supply for an add-on card like that.
