Hi , i have i5 650 but motheboard HP MSI 2a9c and i want OC my cpu so i want buy ASUS P7H55-M, if i will use this MB can i overclock ?

According to Asus it provides overclcoking features: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P7H55M/specifications/ You should Google "ASUS P7H55-M overclock" for more info, but it will work.
