Recently I built a system for a friend. The build runs and everything expect for one issue which I can't seem to figure out.
Between restarts the computer will switch video inputs. So I'll have the monitor connected to the GPU (GTX 960) and everything works. After some updates the computer restarts now there is no signal going to the GPU. Simple troubleshoot I plug the monitor to the Onboard mobo. I get a signal and everything is dandy again. Repeat (the next restart it will switch back to the GPU)
I tried going into the Asus Z97 BIOS to disable to the integrated gpu but nothing worked. it would keep resetting itself to auto detect.
any suggestion or help would save my butt. Any further information needed please feel free to ask!
