you have RAPID on right?

When RAPID is on, you end up benching your RAM not your SSD. What RAPID does is create a "virtual" ramdisk. This allows the SSD to "behave" much faster then it really is with data <4gb in size.

if you want to bench your SSD you need to turn off rapid first.
