Which RAM should I buy?

The price difference is negligible, just want to know which one is the best choice. The 1866 RAM has a lower CAS latency, but the DDR3 2133 RAM has a faster clock speed...which is better and why?

This is for a gaming/video editing rig.
 
I don't think you would be able to tell any difference real world between the two. The higher speed is off set by the increased latency. You might even be able to overclock the slower RAM to the same specs. I would get whatever is cheaper or you like the looks of better.
 
What cpu are you going to be using them with? They will have just about the same real world performance in most systems (Amd APU's excluded). I would get whatever matched the colors of my system.. It is really just about a coin toss between the two.
