So i am upgrading from a POV GTX 280 to a Msi GTX750Ti Twin Frozr. I have a core 2 quad q9550 2.83ghz, Mobo is ASRock G41C-GS. The mobo supports DX10 i think (im not sure) and has PCIe 1.1 slot. Will the graphics card connect and will the pins fit (i got 2 PCIe 8pins and 1 6Pin)

Solution
the graphics card and windows are what supports dx11(etc.), has nothing to do with your motherboard. the twin frozr 750ti will only require one 6 pin pcie connector.

but some maxwell video cards(750ti included) do not play well with legacy bios motherboards like your g41c probably has. i do not know if there is an efi bios update for your motherboard. that said, you might not be able to use the 750ti at all. you would be better off using an amd equivalent like the r9-270(370) or r7-360
