New motherboard, windows reinstall?

Hellohello im going to buy a new mobo but im just wondering if i have to reinstall windows aswell.
My current mobo AsRock H87M, new mobo AsRock Z97 Pro4.
Since it is the same brand i thought i dont have to. Can anyone confirm this?
