You pretty much have to buy a new motherboard and RAM at this point. That motherboard is socket AM3+, you need socket LGA 1151. The GPU will work but the CPU will not.
Thanks guys. But there are so many companies selling the same product like asus etc. so which is proven less "pants" etc. Sorry I know very little about this stuff.
No, you need a socket 1151 motherboard, preferably a Z170 motherboard.
You may also need DDR4 ram as well depending what motherboard you getting.

You can but you should use either DDR3L or DDR3 that can run at low voltage at 1.35V. Only certain socket 1151 motherboard will allow you to use DDR3/DDR3L.

Yeah but this is one of those areas where I would absolutely check motherboard specifications before buying. You want to use 1.2V DDR4 in most Z170 motherboards, at least anything over $150. I wouldn't get anything less for a 6700K.
