Build for dota2 and cs go

my current config is core2duo,4gbddr2 & gt210. After researching for about a month, i finally convinced myself that, adding new GPU to current config isnt gonna help, so im gonna build a new pc.

As the subject says, i need this pc mainly for csgo & dota2, something that would give me 100+ fps with high grapchis settings. Iam not on a tight budge(currency is INR), so just gimme the best config(not skylake ones pls) & future proof also(atleast shud stand for another 3+yrs).

I've been working on two different system ideas. One is more future-proofed and runs more stuff at max settings, while the other is more of a budget build that will still run most games on high settings. Both will do what you need. The more expensive one is naturally likely to be more effective for a longer period of time.

the skylake build looks good, guess ima go for that. but instead of 6500 im thinking abt 6600, just 1k INR difference on amazon india.

Also 390 seems to be an overkill, how about i get a 970 instead of that? thats good enough for csgo and dota right? 100+ fps on high settings.
