Tried to format my computer with the windows 8 tool, but now it wont start

I wanted to get windows to the originals presets, and i waited for like one hour but nothing happened, it just restarted once and didnt do anything, I shut it down but now it wont start, the tv stays black, but it doesnt says that it has no signal , and nothing happens, pls help

It sounds like you formatted the boot drive but you should at least get a BIOS screen telling you that there is no boot drive. Try to reinstall the operating system or take it to a shop if you don't know how to do that.
