don't get a console, your pc is already on par with one.
if you don't want to spend much, just get a 380 and make sure you have a psu that has the right connectors, the i5 2300 is fine, and so is 8gb of ram. take the rest of the money and enjoy the summer/winter sale that is coming up, or the sale that steam has right now.

Thank you dude i appreciate your concern, after the 970 buying i try to find i7 3770k for my 1155 socket and ill be rdy for 60fps gaming experience..:p

But do you have a beefy enough power supply to make sure the GTX 970 works?

if you are upgrading your psu anyway, get the 390, it performs better than the 970, and has more than the double the vram, the only downside of the 390 is the higher power consumption. (and the 390 has better future driver support considering nvidia's support for kepler now).

btw, you don't need an i7 for gaming, an i5 will be cheaper, and don't get the vs series psu, they are bad. if you want to be safe, get something from this list (tier 1 or 2): http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#16759412
and again, i highly suggest the 390 over the 970
