The whole pc runs for 3 seconds, and then keep restarting itself.
OK.. I was trying to look for solution but so far it seems like no one has the similar answer that I want. But in the end i found a solution for this is pretty embarrassed i forgot something important.
I am using i7-4790 processor and cooler master 550w elite v2, thought there is a faulty problem with the motherboard or the processor, but in the end i found out that i forget to plug in the CPU 4+4 Pin x 1.
I was comparing it with another of my old pc, also intel processor and asus motherboard, then only figured this out.
I thought is a processor's heat sink loose problem, but if it is, i should able to see at least a couple seconds of bios screen.
