So I overclocked my cpu to 4.7 Ghz and set the voltage to 1.280v and my temps when stress testing are around 70-85 C (on individual cores) and 55 C on CPU. My temps on normal workload are never going above 45 C. Also my cooler is Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.
What do you think?

I had no problems or crashing at all.

Solution
Those temps are higher than what you want. Either upgrade you cooling setup or back off the clocks. High temps will reduce the life of the CPU and motherboard.

70-85C is quite high for i7, upgrade your HSF to lower the temp.
The long term effect might be motherboard breakdown faster ( from 5 years up to 3 years or less ), few processor i own always out live the motherboard.
