I had my Windows 7 on a SSD and I decided to install Ubuntu on my 1TB HDD. After the linux installation was successful, I tested my Windows OS and when I selected my SSD to boot from in the boot menu it said "Missing OS" but all of my files are still on the drive and nothing has been erased. Is there anything I can do to boot back into Windows 7?

Solution
Do a startup repair! Looks like your MBR for your win install was on the HDD, happens when win is installed with another drive in.
