What graphics card should I get if im on a budget?

Solution
The GTX 950 is a very good budget card that is still able to play just about every game out there:

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB FTW ACX 2.0 Video Card ($129.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $129.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

If that's still too much the next tier down would be the GTX 750ti, though it won't be as good of a long-term investment:

Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $89.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

You're most welcome.

For a seriously tight budget you'll probably want to go AMD. Intel is better for gaming, but more expensive.

I'm not an expert on super-budget builds, but this is what I would recommend if trying to stay within a $600 budget:

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($84.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $84.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
