For a seriously budget-oriented build the AMD would probably be the best choice, as the other components that go with it like the motherboard will be cheaper as well.

Please tell me if you need a specific socket if not you can get like a8 7650k,Fx 4300,A8 7600 Intel,Pentium g3450, or the unlocked G3258 for ocing same with fx and the cpus with Ks at the end.I would Really recommend the Few cpus over your budget by a bit this includes i3 4170 i3 6100 FX 6300 A10 7700k
