Hi, I will be making my first pc and i am making it it in a Arc mini R2. I already figured what game card i will be using and the processor but i wasn't sure what kind of motherboard i should get.

The game card will be Radeon R9 280x.
Cpu is AMD Fx8530.

Again i wasn't really sure what kind of micro atx motherboard i should get, i would prefer to say between 150-200 bucks. I appreciate any helpful comments and advice. Thank you.

With the budget for an 8350 you'd be better with an i5 & a decent h97 matx board .

The 6300 is a great value chip on a tight budget & incredibly overclockable but if you can afford Intel its the best choice.

I'm not sure I'd recommend any matx board for an fx 8 core.

The 970m is on paper at the top of a very short list but asrock do not have a good track record with amd boards.

I'd honestly either go with a 6300 on that board or up your case & board to atx mid tower & buy a better board .

I looked at the 6300 fx and read reviews for that motherboard which isn't that good. Would the 6300 fx be good for playing gw2 with or the fx 8350? The motherboard I'm current looking at is the MSI Gaming 970 Gaming AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard. The future game I might be playing besides gw2 would be blade of souls.
