My internet surfing is going too slow even after speedtest result shows it too be 500 kbps.

I have a considerable amount of internet speed, 512 kbps (Okay, fine but dont laugh at it). But what is disturbing me is that my speedtest result too is showing around 400 kbps of speed, but the speed that I'm getting on Chrome is merely 30 kbps although there's nothing running on the background. A quick solution wuld be gr8ful.

It also depends on your ISP connectivity to the website(s) you access.
Also - make sure what you measure... Speedtest reports are in "kbps" - kilo-bits-per-second, you might we looking at "KBps" - kilo-bytes-per-second

Another point - at 512kbps, everything will seem to be slow...
