I just replaced my GPU to a AMD Radeon HD 6700 from an old NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450.
Ever since the change, I recently discovered that the CPU is the bottleneck of the system.
I am not very fond of PC hardware etc; so I need help in choosing a decent cpu that is compatible with my mobo and gpu. If possible I would prefer to have a CPU strong enough to be able to run CSGO and Dota 2 smoothly, so cheap budget CPU's if there are would be really nice suggestions

Mobo- ASUS P5KPL-AM SE
OS- Windows 7 64-bit
Pentinum(R) Dual-Core CPU ES400 @ 2.70GHz (CPU- to be replaced)
4GB RAM(DDR2)
