Laptop hard drive on M.2 SATA, or just SSD?

I got an MSI GE62 Apache Pro, and it comes with a 120GB SSD, a 1TB 7200rpm HDD, and 2 free M.2 SATA slots. I was wondering if it's possible to install both another hard drive and another SSD in these 2 ports.

Do ordinary laptop hard drives connect to M.2 SATA slots?

If I put another SSD in, I should probably configure it to run in conjunction with the stock SSD, right? (Correct me if I'm wrong) How do I get them running in RAID 0?

1) No, regular SATA drives do not connect to an M.2 socket

2) Yes, another SSD would run in conjunction with you current drives

3) Don't bother putting SSD's in RAID 0, you won't see real-world performance benefits: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ssd-raid-benchmark,3485.html
