Hello.

my computer:
asus Sabertooth X99
corsair h100
I7 5820K
970 G1
32GB G.Skill Ripjaws 4 32GB DDR4 2400MHz F4-2400C15Q-32GRR

My teamp is 28-30

What settings should I pay to reach 4.5mhz or 4.8mhz And 2800mhz memory or 3000mhz? My motherboard has a lot of settings, not everyone I know and understand.
If anyone knows this board and help me reach steady oc without crashes

You very likely won't see 4.8ghz on that CPU, not without running an inordinate amount of voltage through it, and tearing that AIO a new one.

For 4.5, set the core voltage to 1.28 and start there with IBT or some other short stability test to see if it'll even stay stable. I can tell you though, that most of the guys with 5820ks end up around 4.3 to 4.4 at around 1.285v. 8 hour stable on OCCT. The only time I see any better than that, is if they're "I can run my games at 4.5 @ 1.18v" kinda stupidity.
