Yes, your PSU can handle your specs with a single Titan X just fine.

Example: The EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN X SC requires a 600w+ PSU with an 8-pin and 6-pin PCIe power connector. The XFX 650 has all the PCIe connectors you need, plenty of wattage, and a strong 12V rail.

Yep, that should run the Titan X just fine, although I would recommend the 980 ti instead, very similar performance for less money.

Yes, it has plenty of room for a Titan.

Max card length for that case: 450mm

Standard Titan size: 266.7mm
