I want to upgrade my PC, and being cyber monday, today is as good a day as any. I would like it to be less than $200, but I'm open to suggestions if it's worth the money. Here is my build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Patriot Viper 3 Low Profile Blue 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Crucial MX100 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Case: Cougar MG100 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (OEM) (64-bit)
PSU: Rosewill RG630-S12 - Green Series 630-Watt Active PFC Power Supply Unit - Continuous @ 104 Deg. F (40C), 80 PLUS Bronze Certified, Single 12V Rail, Compatible with Core i7, i5
GPU: XFX Double D Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition DirectX 11 FX-787A-CDFC 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
Monitor: Samsung 21.5" LED
Basic Gaming keyboard and mouse that I'm happy with.

The R9 380 would give around a 39% increase in performance. If you can find a really good deal on one then maybe you would find it worth the investment. I personally would wait until Nvidia releases their pascal gpu's next year.
