My laptop hp is not turning on and asking for boot devices

Pop a win 7 cd in there go to install, next screen botto. Left repair
Command prompt
Type diskpart
Type list disk
Type select disk 1
Type list partition
Type list part x (x being your boot partition or primary partition so most likely 1)
Type active
Type exit

Restart your pc
