CPU has gone louder since adding fans to the case

Hi

Could anyone help me solve this problem. I just bought a new case and bought new 4 new PC fans for the case. 1 goes into the motherboard and the other get power from PSU. If I take all the fans out its less, the cpu fan is less noisy. I am guessing it the PSU or the CPU fan

It's probably the PSU Fan as adding more fans shouldn't increase the speed of the CPU Fan. Just a question, are the fans connected directly to the PSU or to the motherboard. Most Motherboards should come with extra plugs for chassis fans.
