I ordered a pc with an amd fx 4300 and nvidia gtx 960, is this good enough for 1080p gaming with high settings?

about the most demanding games i will be playing are fallout 4 and far cry 4, should it be good enough for playing those with high settings?

Most likely medium settings will get you 40-50fps. A GTX 970 will do about 50-60fps on max settings, but that's with an i5 or i7, don't know how well an AMD 4300 will do.
