New build - Will it work?

This would be my new build. It's all old except the MB, Processor, RAM, and Graphics card. Would this all work? I do have a bit of wiggle room with the budget so if there are any other parts that would be a better upgrade please let me know! Thanks!

I would not want to use a FX6300 in a new build today. That may or may not be a good motherboard. That is definitely a terrible psu. 32-bit windows can only use almost 4GB RAM.

So what parts would you use? I have around $500 for a new MB, Processor, Graphics card, and RAM. It's probably going to be a massive upgrade either way but I can save up more if it makes sense. I'm still so new to PC stuff.

The power supply is needed because that Coolmax psu is a fire hazard.
