Help me pick right the power supply

Did I pick the right power supply for my gaming pc build? This is my first build and somone reccomended that, even though on pc part picker it said my total wattage was around 200, that I go with the 620 watt psu. This sounds like it could bottleneck my pc's power but since this is my first Im not sure and I want to double check.
