I've put together this budget build. The final budget is $540. Any comments/concerns? Any input is appreciated. I've also considered moving to an AMD processor, if you can give me a decent reason to do that, I'll be glad to consider it. This build must be upgradeable for a while, and it must be able to be equipped with DDR4 memory. Thanks!

I really like your build because that processor / motherboard combination is really fast, and is going to last ages and ages before you need to upgrade them.
However, if you want to store photos, videos or install big games, you need a HDD as well as an SSD. 2Tb is plenty

At some point in the future you are going to want to put a better graphics card in it.... And so with an eye to the future I would get a slightly bigger power supply - EVGA is a good choice, but maybe 500W or 550W

Thank you very much, this helps

I would want a better PSU, but for $10, I see it's hard to pass up. Can that motherboard use memory faster then 2133 Ghz or do you plan to use ASRocks memory overclocking on non-Z boards? I would not move to AMD. I would be trying to shoehorn in a better GPU.

I used a cheaper, but good, and white case.
