Upgrading power supply on a dell optiplex 390

Hi there,
I'm trying to upgrade my power supply to support a new graphics card I bought. Would this one work?

I've done a little research and I know the dimensions fit and it has the necessary 4 sata connectors. I'm just worried if it's too much power. I was looking for something more in the 400W range.

I was looking back at my previous posts and realized I'd posted about this same issue months ago so my appologies for that. I think you helped me then. I believe then that you recommended an EVGA 500w PSU, something like this;

I don't need anything fancy. Just something that will work with my computer and run a 1 or 2GB video card. I'm not interested in overclocking or anything.

Then get the EVGA 500B if your sticking to that type of card , even the CX430 or EVGA 430W would be fine.
