Best GPU Value (FPS per Dollar)

As the title says, what is the GPU in terms of value. ( Most bang for your buck )
I got to mention that i will sell my GPU in two years, so i don't need that good of a GPU.
I'll be playing games like BF4, Battlefront,.. at 1080p. Don't need that Ultra but let's say Medium to High setting at an average FPS of 60.
Price range is 350 euros max or 370 US dollars.

CPU: Intel i5-6400
PSU: Not yet chosen

The GTX 970 and AMD R9 390 are both about the best performers per price you can get before making the leap to big money.

Both run at almost $300 USD even, and are able to play any game on 1080p with settings maxed. They are both very strong 1440p performers as well, though for 1440p the R9 390 is the better choice.
