800 W power supply enough for powercolor R9 280x crossfire and amd fx 6300 @4.3 Ghz?

A similar thread suggested an 850 W psu for a guy with overclocked cards and a CPU running 4.6 Ghz instead of my 4.3, should I follow their example and go 850 or stick with 800 and save money.
