The power light comes on. The PSU, Case, and CPU fans start and stop intermediately. Ethernet and USB power up but PC does not boot. Is it PSU? There was a history with the PSU before. The fans stopped turning occasionally. But the problem always used to go away, when I unplugged the PSU (there is no switch in the back), waited until the light in the back went off, and plugged back in. This solution is not helping any longer!
