Any recommendations for a new graphics card?

My processor is the A10 6800K (Richland) and my graphics card is the Sapphire Radeon R7 260X. I want to upgrade to get a good graphics card between the range of $250-300. I want to make sure the graphics card that I get is not bottle-necked by my processor. I am upgrading to be able to play new games coming out (Fallout 4 / Just Cause 3). Any ideas?

(It would be nice if it is a graphics card that isn't hoarded / out of stock constantly).

Firstly, I wouldn't worry too much about the whole bottle neck issue. I'd personally get *the best card I can with the money* and then keep that when I upgrade the rest of the system.

I mean most cards faster than the 260X *could* be held back a bit by a 6800K in specific games (often older titles with poor multi thread support) however I think most should work fine with that processor (especially if you over clock a bit).

As for what to get, if you already have a 260X, you need to be looking at R9 380X, GTX 970 or better to make it worthwhile. A great value option right now (if you can find one) is the last generation R9 290 cards. If you can stretch to it the 390 is also a great option, as whilst it's the same gpu it's clocked faster and has twice the memory.
