Can I run Dota 2 and CS:GO ?

Here are my PC Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i3-3220
Ram: 4gb

I'm planning to buy NVidia GTX 750 Ti as my GPU.
I want to know if there are bottlenecks on this setup. And is it possible to run CS:GO and Dota 2 at max settings, 60fps and 1080p?

I'm new to PC gaming so I want your opinions on this setup. Thanks.

For those games that set-up should be plenty (you could probably run both on the integrated gpu in the i3 on low settings).

My only thought would be you might want to up your memory to 8gb, 4gb is really the minimum these days as Windows can eat through that pretty quickly when you have a few background applications open and so on.

I know for sure you can run dota2 I'm not sure about max settings though. I'm running it at mid setting with gtx 660ti

With that graphics card, you can probably run CS:GO at high settings 130+ fps. As for Dota 2, you can run this very well at 90+ fps.
