I want to build a miniature computer (Like the Raspberry Pi), and I cannot find any online design program that have the components I want. I tried the Geppeto software from Gumstix, but in the design program they did not have components I wanted. I want an Intel atom processor, a few USB ports, Ethernet ports, audio ports, SD card ports, and at least 16 gigabytes of built in storage. i also want support to install a heat sink and fan (I know it is over kill) And I want it capable to run Linux, mainly Android. Thank you very much.

Designing circuit boards, especially high-frequency ones, isn't really able to be automated currently. You'd need someone experienced in that kind of design work to spend a few weeks on it, at a guess. Budget in the five figures, probably.

This sounds like something you'd be interested in. It's an intel nuc, they have them available in kits, supports embedded linux, multiple outputs with room for a 2.5" ssd inside for data storage. I believe they have vesa mounts so could be attached to the back of a vesa capable monitor.
