need suggestions for "palm grip" gaming mouse

i currently just have a cheap small logitech one. pointer finger is on left click button and used for scroll wheel. middle finger is on right click button. pinky finger usually just glides with the mouse and the ring finger is very uncomfortable because it sits in the crack of the right click button. i just got a steelseries rival today and this didnt help. can anyone suggest a gaming mouse that has no grips, bumps, or extra buttons please!!!!!

true im just too ocd. too ocd to the point where its getting me mad. idk man this is what i use right now

and i just want something longer, slightly bigger and that doesnt get slippery when my hands get sweaty. it doesnt even have to be for gaming. i got steelseries rival yesterday and sensei raw today to test and they are both uncomfortable as well cause they are shaped like mountains
