The Xeon is basically an i7 cpu with hyperthreading (but less expensive than i7) that will process editing jobs faster than the i5. It lacks overclocking and integrated graphics, but you'll be using a GTX 960 so it doesn't matter. I also upgraded the power supply to a higher quality unit made by Seasonic, and added another 8GB ram for a total of 32GB.
