Na man you dont need water cooling for a GPU that runs stock speed, Unless your gonna Overclock the crap out of that card. Just run it, it comes with its own fans anyways. You said yourself that your case only supports 2 fans,So how you gonna get the water cooling fan installed?

You don't really need to have major cooling for it even though AMD cards tend to be more hot than NVIDIA cards. You can just install fans around the card to keep it cool

I Don't have many fans, i only have 2, next Christmas ill buy a new case along with a Mobo that supports more than 2 system fans...

However i have heard of this NZXT Kraken G10 thing that can take this 60 dollar cheap cooler and directly mount it on a GPU.
If i need to, I plan to add this thing, and use it to keep my computer from getting hot enough to cook or burn smores

Yeah CPUFAN SYSFAN1 SYSFAN2 I do think that I could add another fan though as SYSFAN2 is completely open and I do have room... Does anyone mind seeing my NXZT thread, I have some related questions there
