Mistake in choose 4*4gig Ram DDR4 for AsusZ170pro gaming

hi to all

as title of topic i choosing the Wrong Rig (i think)

my Rig
MB : Asus Z170 pro gaming (Support dual channel)
Cpu : core i5 6600k
Ram : 4 * 4gig ddr4 Gskill ripjaws 3000 mhz

So this is my question:
should i sell my memorys and buy 2*8 gig ??? or this rig have not any problem?

please Explain me ehat should i do?
becuase i heard my mainboard does not support quad channel and for this Reason i cant use all of power of my rig

I wouldn't say it was a mistake. I would say that your RAM isn't being utilized to it's full potential. While it is true that switching to 2x8GB will be better, there won't be a significant difference. I'd stay with the 4x4GB config for now

basically the amount of RAM moved will be less than quad-channel but as I said before its unlikely to impact performance noticeably
