problem in detecting and accessing of a external hard disk

WD external hard disk of 2 TB is not no longer detectable and accessible.
When it is accessing through disk management..then
it shows Not Initialized
Unallocated.

What can we do for this case??

I'm sorry that you are facing some issues with your WD drive. :(
Is the drive under warranty? Do you have important data stored on it?

You can start with just attaching the drive with a different cable to a different computer.
In case the issue persists, you can try using some data recovery tool: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1644496/lost-data-recovery.html
After that, you can test the drive with WD's DLG tool(both short and extended tests): http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=xoXBRE
