So i have my friends HDD that has windows 8 installed on it, and my own hdd with windows 7 installed on it.
My question is if i plug my friends hdd in while mine is plugged in, am i able to boot up my pc like normal using my hdd and access his hdd to retrieve his files. His old PC broke and i have no idea what its specs were and he is really needing these files retrieved.
