Can the msi sli bridge (the one sold separately) be used on msi Z170A gaming 5?

It also depends on your GPU SLI connector's position. If you have a very beefy air cooler(thus thick), the bridge may not fit. However, if you use a liquid cooler which is very thin, the SLI bridge may fit.

Technically its working on all motherboards, but you need to check the spaces between the cards.
