The Steam autumn sale is going on and I want some suggestions as to which games I should buy for my system.I have bought Shadow of Mordor.
Just mentioning that I live away from home and am just able to visit 2-3 times a year only and will be able to play once I am there.

If u like those games, there is no other option than installing uplay. You can buy it from Steam and download from Steam but u still need uPlay to launch it.

Don't know what games you already have, but here you go:

Skyrim
Oblivion
Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas
Mass Effect 1&2
Rome I Total War+Alexander
Shogun 2 Total War
Medieval II Total War+Kingdoms
Empire Total War
Napoleon Total War
Age of Mythology
Age of Empires II
Age of Empires
GTA IV & V
ACIV Black Flag
AC Rogue
Titan Quest
Torchlight II
Rainbow Six 3 Raven Shield
Rainbow Six Vegas
Rainbow Six Vegas 2
Left for Dead 2
Killing Floor

Keep in mind that for some like Rome II and GTA V you will be playing on reduced settings. I'd recommend adding another 4GB of RAM if you can just to be safe and more flexible, Watchdogs is a great game as well, but requires 6GB of RAM. Fallout 4 requires 8GB of RAM.

I have played the mass effect games. I was thinking of buying black flag but am confused because of uplay. Would I be able to run GTA V? And what do you think of Deus Ex: HR ?

Don't worry about uplay, you just buy the game in steam, install uplay and uplay will launch everytime you tell steam to launch the game, it's just an extra step due to the two launchers. Black Flag is a lot of fun.

Your 7770 should be pretty much like a 250X so you can look here to get an idea of performance on some games: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r7-250x-graphics-card-review,3747-3.html. Keep in mind your fps should be higher here since you are playing at a lower resolution.

Also if you like stuff like Battlefield 4, my buddy plays it on medium settings on a 250X and a dual core with 8GB of RAM @1080p, but I think you get that via EA's Origin app.

Oh okay. Thanks.

Just one thing I wanted to ask. I want to buy Black Flag and Far Cry 4. But I am seeing many reviewers facing issues with uplday, especially with Black Flag. What do you suggest?
