I have a Canon MG2950 Printer which supposedly can print documents using Google Cloud Print. Does anyone know how to set this up because there are no instructions that I can find online at Google or on the Canon website.

You can't have looked very hard.
There's a comprehensive user manual on the printer setup CD (there is one my CD anyhow), or you can download the manual from that printer model's support page here:
