Is my gpu dying? (GTX 560ti)

So i just encountered a problem today with my card GTX 560ti it shows a garbage display on 1 website on 1 picture ad only but not all. But I'M NOT encountering this garbage display on boot & other website or on my monitor and i can still play games like gta v, nba 2k16, nfs rivals but not encountering problem or garbage display, but just this one website. I also try other monitor to see if it's a monitor problem but still the problem persist.

Pls help what should i do is it dying should i be worried now??

Try this mark,

Uninstall all the current video drivers installed on your system with this program.
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Restart the system and then go and get the latest Nvidia driver for you model of card from the Nvidia website and support section.

See if it clears your problem up.
The program removes windows registry entries in windows that may cause such things as screen spanning, cloning or multiple displays having display problems. Any on screen graphics corruption.

I just updated my graphics driver to the latest version sir 359.00 still the problem is there.

I'm using NVIDIA Geforce Experience to upgrade my drivers and i just select express installation & it will just remove the old driver and replaced with a new one. I'm on latest driver now 359.00
