The NZXT Phantom 410 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 305mm long, but video cards over 230mm may block drive bays. Since the EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Superclocked+ ACX 2.0+ Video Card is 267mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

Yes, it should fit without removing the bays:

Picture of the Phantom 410 with two GTX 480's installed with the drive cage still in. The lengths of the GTX 480 and EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti are both 10.5 inches, so you should be set :
