A While Back I Had Uninstalled My Google Chrome Due To Some Bugs.I had Also Emptied It From The Recycle Bin.Is There Any Way To Get It Back?Can Data Recovery Software Like EaseUS Work

I think you are missing the point. If it's bookmarks you've saved, then if you have a google acct, they should be saved and reappear when you log into google as Rabmac said. If it's the actual browsing history you are worried about, then that shouldn't be a big worry for you. Browsing history isn't that important and will generally be cleared automatically after a certain amount of time depending on your browser. It is "usually" common practice to clear your history every so often...
it would be quicker and way less hassle to download it again.
recovery software is only about 80% effective and depending on the files could take as long as 18 hours to recover a 1tb drive.
then you have to recover to an empty drive. because if you try to restore files on the current drive the recovery will drop to zero as you will overwrite the files your trying to save.

Neither of these scenarios, in my simple mind at least, should justify paying for a data recovery program only to recover a "free" download. But, it's your choice.... Do what you feel you need to do.
