The school near by has an aluminium laser cutter and I am going to have a custom case built.

I still need a power button, reset button, front USB 3.0, front audio, and it would be nice if I could get some type of small fan control that doesn't take up a 5.25" bay as I am trying to make this as small as I can for what I want. Please post me a link for where I can buy something like this!

This is a good example of a best case scenario however I don't want to buy the entire corsair 380t case just to only take the front io:

Could not find a 3.5in bay with power/reset. I did fine 2 other bays with audio/usb.

USB3/audio only http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811999236

USB2/audio only http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811996047

For power/reset it looks like you will have drill a hole in the case and mount a button youself and solder some wires. Here's a couple things that might help. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811993022 and this i found on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ATX-Power-Bracket-PC-case-power-reset-switches-PWR-HD-LEDs-on-a-PCI-Bracket-/291514038922
